Our training courses are suitable for any professional working in digital design, whether you are self-employed, work for an agency, a large company or a public sector organisation, or are looking for work… You will learn from the experience of our trainers, who are at the forefront of their field, and from their research carried out within the association.
The Designers Éthiques association is a Qualiopi-certified training organisation, with a trainee satisfaction rating of over 9.6 out of 10. More than 400 people have been trained since 2021.

A one-day training course to learn how to implement a methodology, assess a website and identify areas for improvement in terms of accessibility.
Dark patterns

Ensuring compliance by eliminating dark patterns (French)
A one-day training course to establish a methodology for assessing a website or digital application and evaluating design choices from an ethical perspective and in line with legal compliance requirements.
Our training courses are not in English yet, but our trainers do speak English so don't hesitate to ask us.

Puis-je faire financer ma formation ?
Designers Éthiques bénéficie de l'agrément Qualiopi , ce qui rend ses formations en entreprise éligibles à des financements OPCO.
Nos formations ne sont cependant pas éligibles au CPF pour le moment, comme aucune autre formation à l'écoconception et accessibilité pour les designers.
Pourquoi l'association fait-elle de la formation ?
Designers Ethiques a acquis une expertise sur certains sujets d'éthique sur lesquels les professionnels nous ont fait remonter des besoins en montée en compétence.
Or les formats courts d’ateliers ouverts à tous proposés lors de Ethics by Design et par les antennes sont adaptés à de la sensibilisation mais ne permettent pas de transmettre les connaissances en profondeur.
L'association a donc développé en parallèle des formats plus longs pour former les concepteurs en entreprise sur des sujets précis : écoconception, accessibilité, persuasion...
Les formations permettent de financer les autres activités de l'association, comme par exemple la rédaction du Guide d'écoconception de services numériques, diffusé gratuitement.
